This was the final design (and only face sculpt) used in the cemetery scene.
People may not realize how difficult it can be to even paint something like this so that it looks right, much less sculpt it. The structure has to come before any attempt to form the crease/wrinkle detailing. In other words, they have to be details that are added to the pre-existing structural base of the sculpt, not defining characteristics of the form itself.
