I've had this for years, don't remember where it came from, but I bet it was from the sculptor, Brian Wade. You can find him on Instagram @millionaireclayboy

This was the final design (and only face sculpt) used in the cemetery scene.

Rare Photo of Jason, Michael Myers

This popped up on Facebook a while back. It's Dick Warlock dressed in the original Michael Myers gear, Tom Morga dressed in the actual Jason costume from part 5, and special effects sculptor Louis Lazzara in the middle circa 1985. Lazzara sculpted the FX head for part 5, based very closely on the design from part 4. See below. I think both of these photos came from Louis Lazzara.
